Dear colleague, Thank you so much for your participation at the “Bridging the Gaps” Florence Congress. You came along 2.500 delegates from 84 countries and all the continents!! The discussions were very stimulating; the courses taught many skills and much new knowledge, and the presentations informed us about the state of the science in our field. In total, we had around 200 sessions, including 35 State of Art Lectures, 60 Symposiums, 30 “Meet the Expert” and more... We enjoyed 100 volunteers, mostly from Italy and Europe, but also from all around the world, who supported us during the Congress; and we had 43 Donald J. Cohen Fellows from 30 countries, who profited from an excellent experience with their mentors!! In summary, the 13th. ESCAP Congress was a wonderful opportunity to learn, to meet old friends and to know new colleagues. It was a superb celebration for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry in Europe. Let me stress that the outcome of our Congress included the official “Declaration of Florence” – an essential position statement for the future of Mental Health of children, adolescents and their families in Europe. In addition to our working together, we shared wonderful social events at the beautiful city of Florence Hope that you had a safe return home and that you returned with nice memories from your stay in Florence. Arrivederci, Prof. Ernesto Caffo
